Week 1

Discovering the Wisdom of Your Inner Parts

Dive into the foundational principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and explore how different "parts" within you shape your emotions, reactions, and behaviors. Learn to recognize and embody these parts with curiosity and compassion, opening the door to deeper self-understanding and connection. Incorporating a mind/body/spirit approach, we will use principles of Grief Yoga, including movement, breath, and sound, to ground and embody this learning.

Week 2

Cultivating Self-Energy in Times of Struggle

Discover how to connect with your Self-energy—the calm, confident, and compassionate center within you. Learn to navigate challenges and inner conflict by leading with self-energy and transforming struggles into opportunities for growth and healing. Grief Yoga practices, such as intentional breathwork and gentle movement, will support the integration of Self-energy into your body and spirit.

Week 3

Harmonizing Conflict and Unlocking Vulnerability

Explore how internal and external conflicts can be opportunities for transformation. Through guided practices, learn to be with vulnerability safely, using it as a pathway to greater connection, authenticity, and resilience. Movement and sound exercises from Grief Yoga will help you access and release stored emotions, allowing vulnerability to unfold naturally.

Week 4

Healing Wounds Through Witnessing and Release

Experience the power of witnessing your wounds in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Learn tools for creating corrective emotional experiences, processing pain, and releasing the burdens of the past to make space for new possibilities. Using Grief Yoga’s principles of movement, breath, and sound, we will support releasing emotional burdens and cultivating healing in both body and spirit.

.

Week 5

Integrating Transformation and Embracing Forward Movement

This workshop will combine the insights and practices from the previous weeks to create sustainable change. Participants will learn how to integrate healing into daily life, harness their transformed energy, and embrace their path forward with clarity, strength, and purpose. Grief Yoga techniques will help anchor this transformation, using movement and sound to embody forward momentum and inspire resilience.
