You are not just one thing.

You are a collection of moments, memories, emotions, identities, and stories — all woven into the shape of who you are today.

Some parts feel tender. Others are still finding their voice. All of them belong.

In a world that moves fast and demands answers, Wonderland offers something different:

A chance to pause.

To move and breathe.

To wonder — gently, somatically, in community.

What is

Wonderland

Wonderland is a 6-week live series that invites you into embodied self-discovery — using movement, breath, sound, and meaningful connection to explore the many emotional pieces and parts that live within you.

Each week centers around a single word that holds emotional, energetic, and somatic weight. Together, we explore how it shows up in the body, what it connects us to, and what happens when we give it space to move through.

The Weekly Words we’ll embody and explore:

Wonder open eyes, deep breath, curious heart November 11th
Awakening stirring senses, coming back to life November 18th
Savor slowing down, tasting the sweetness of now November 25th
Courage steady heart, stepping toward what scares you December 2nd
Nurture soft hands, tending to what needs care December 9th
Creation making something new from all you’ve felt December 16th

Whether you’re moving through grief, joy, uncertainty, or a new beginning —

this is a space to be with what’s true.

Spots are limited to keep the space intimate and connected.

In each session, you’ll experience:

  • A Grounding Breath Practice to arrive in the body
  • The Weekly Word — explored through reflection, movement, and sound
  • A Gentle Somatic Flow to embody the word and its opposite
  • Small-Group Sharing with prompts for deeper connection
  • A Closing Intention to carry into your week

Wonderland is for anyone who:

  • Craves more connection — with themselves, with others, with life
  • Is processing grief, transition, healing, or renewal
  • Wants to explore the body as a source of truth, not just a place to fix
  • Longs to move through emotions with care, not force
  • Is curious about what’s possible when you give yourself permission to feel

This is not about fixing.

This is about feeling.

“Let me keep company always with those who say ‘Look!’ and laugh in astonishment, and bow their heads.”

A note from Paul Denniston

“You aren’t just one thing. You are an embodiment of many different pieces — some light, some shadowy, all worthy of exploration.

In Wonderland, we use the body as a doorway. We breathe. We move. We connect.

And we discover — with curiosity and care — what it means to be fully, beautifully human.

I’d be honored to explore this with you.”

“It almost feels like a break from grief, there’s this lightness to it, and it feels like a safe space where you get to explore more pieces of ourselves beyond the grief.”
— Aleksandra
“This was the hour every week that I did not know I needed. Even when I couldn’t make it live, the recordings just brought so much from my depths.”
— Kym
“How wise my body is — allowing my body to tell the story of what’s going on versus my head is powerful.”
— Laura
“Having always been a fairly quiet, private person, I was surprised that I so quickly, easily and willingly followed the invitations to become vulnerable… You have a gift, Paul, of making us feel welcome and at ease.”
— Sally
“I wasn’t sure what to expect, and was a bit hesitant, but I am very glad I entered Wonderland… As I leaned into the experience more, the more I let myself feel, explore and play!”
— Shelagh
