Wonderland: A Somatic Journey Back to Yourself
A Space to Feel, Breathe, and Become —
One Thread at a Time
An 8-week live series with Paul Denniston

All sessions are live and recorded for replay
You are not just one thing.
You are a collection of moments, memories, emotions, identities, and stories — all woven into the shape of who you are today.
Some parts feel tender. Others are still finding their voice. All of them belong.
In a world that moves fast and demands answers, Wonderland offers something different:
A chance to pause.
To move and breathe.
To wonder — gently, somatically, in community.
What is Wonderland?
Wonderland is an 8-week live series that invites you into embodied self-discovery — using movement, breath, sound, and meaningful connection to explore the many emotional “threads” that live within you.
Each week centers around a single word — a thread — that holds emotional, energetic, and somatic weight.
Together, we explore how it shows up in the body, what it connects us to, and what happens when we give it space to move through.
These threads include:
- Wonder — open eyes, deep breath, curious heart
- Becoming — gentle change, growing into yourself
- Rebellion — fire inside, standing your ground
- Belonging — feeling safe, exhale of relief
- Pleasure — warmth spreading, letting yourself enjoy
- Authenticity — speaking truth, soft but steady
- Longing — reaching out, missing what matters
- Hope — lifting up, light returning
Whether you’re moving through grief, joy, uncertainty, or a new beginning — this is a space to be with what’s true.
In each session, you’ll experience:
-
A Grounding Breath Practice to arrive in the body
-
The Weekly Thread — explored through reflection, movement, and sound
-
A Gentle Somatic Flow to embody the word and its opposite
-
Small-Group Sharing with prompts for deeper connection
-
A Closing Intention to carry into your week
Wonderland is for anyone who:
- Craves more connection — with themselves, with others, with life
- Is processing grief, transition, healing, or renewal
- Wants to explore the body as a source of truth, not just a place to fix
- Longs to move through emotions with care, not force
- Is curious about what's possible when you give yourself permission to feel
This is not about fixing.
This is about feeling.
Fully. Honestly. Gently.
“Let me keep company always with those who say ‘Look!’ and laugh in astonishment, and bow their heads.”
— Mary Oliver —
A note from Paul Denniston
“You aren’t just one thing. You are an embodiment of many different pieces — some light, some shadowy, all worthy of exploration.
In Wonderland, we use the body as a doorway. We breathe. We move. We connect.
And we discover — with curiosity and care — what it means to be fully, beautifully human.
I’d be honored to explore this with you.”
