How it works -

We'll meet on Tuesdays

October 6 - December 22

10 - 11:30 am PT / 1 - 2:30 pm ET 

We will meet for 90 minutes

If you can't join us live, it's ok. Everything is recorded and you can catch the replay.

Absolutely no yoga experience is necessary. All of the exercises can be done from a chair.
