- 8 live weekly sessions (1 hour each) via Zoom
- Replay access to every session, available on your schedule
- Guided somatic practices using movement, breath, and sound
- Weekly emotional themes (e.g., Wonder, Belonging, Authenticity)
- Small-group sharing with guided prompts for meaningful connection
- A private online space for ongoing community support
- Integration prompts + optional weekly reflections
