The intention of this Loving Kindness meditation is to help you feel better. It’s a meditation on giving blessings; to yourself, to your loved ones, and to all beings.
This particular mellow meditation is a beautiful method of self-soothing, to help comfort you. It can be done anywhere, anytime and anyway. There’s no way to do it wrong. It will calm your nervous system and bring up the sweetness.
