We'll meet Wednesdays, February 15 - April 26, 2023
11:00 am - 12:30 pm PT / 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm ET
We’ll take off March 15th for a spring break
If you can't join us live, it's ok. Everything is recorded and you can catch the replay.
Absolutely no yoga experience is necessary. All of the exercises can be done from a chair.
