Grief Yoga Workshop - Moving with Laughter and Grief

In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll explore how laughter and grief can support each other.

This workshop is a compassionate ritual where joy and fun meet deep and sacred. A blend of flowing yoga, empowering movement to release pain, laughter exercises for healing, and flowing heart meditations to allow grief and love to flow.

This two-hour online movement ritual will help us find ways to transform pain and struggle into deeper connection, meaning, and love.

In this 2-hour online workshop, we'll:

This workshop can be done from a chair, yoga mat, or standing position. This practice isn’t about physical flexibility but emotional liberation.
