Replenish is a 4-week Grief Yoga Series. I assume responsibility for any risk or injury I may sustain as a result of my participation. It is my personal responsibility to consult my doctor regarding my participation. I do not, and will not, hold Paul Denniston responsible for my physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing. I am advised to work gently, respecting my body’s abilities and limits, and not to perform any movement that is painful. I am agreeing to accept responsibility for my own safety and am waiving my right to bring legal action to assert a claim against Paul Denniston for any reason.

Replenish - A Grief Yoga Series

A 4-Week Grief Yoga Experience 

If you’re feeling anxious and tired, you’re not alone. So many are feeling exhausted and wiped out.

We carry so many emotions in our joints, our tendons, our muscles – in our very cells. If we don’t feel our emotions, they get stuck inside of us. 

Taking the time to restore is important. You can’t pour from an empty cup. It’s important to take care of yourself. 

As we move forward into more Spring light, let’s release a layer of pain and struggle that weighs us down.  

It’s time to refuel. Let’s fall in love with life again and reinvigorate our mind, body, and spirit.

Replenish is a new 4-week transformative series to offer support. Within this compassionate movement ritual, we will explore conscious ways to tap into your courage, release pain from the mind and body, explore how to move and dance with grief, to raise your rhythm and vibration to find more play, laughter, and meaning as we lift our spirits.

This 4-week experiential ritual embodies transformation. A compassionate space to move with grief and loss to allow your love and empowerment the space to flow. 

We'll get together via Zoom on Mondays from April 26 – May 17, 2021, at 4 PM Pacific Time/ 7 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada). Classes last an hour.

April 26 – Grief Yoga: Moving into Courage and Love  

Since grief is exhausting, it’s important to move through the pain. We’ll explore safe ways to move, tap into our fire and courage to support our sadness and love. When the heart is broken, it is also open for the light to shine in. 

May 3 – Restorative Yoga with Soul Breathwork

This restorative stretch provides a gentle approach to quiet the mind and calm the body to find safety. Then we'll explore a powerful soul breathwork session to shed a layer of pain to lift your spirit. 

May 10 – Let Your Yoga Dance: Chakra Fusion

This magical tribal yoga dance explores movement in the seven energy centers of the spine to create liberation, empowerment, and joy. Shake off anxiety, move through the waves of sorrow to inspire and energize us to embrace self-expression and celebrate life and love. 

May 17 – Grief Yoga: Moving into Purpose

This sacred class embraces yoga, movement, and breath to liberate your body and voice to transform your sorrow through heart song. Allow your authentic self to flow as you express and move toward more purpose.
