We'll get together via Zoom on Wednesdays from July 14th – August 4th, 2021, at 2 PM Pacific Time/ 5 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada). Classes last an hour.
July 14 - Grief Yoga: Transform Worry into Courage - Anxiety and worry can be our teacher to help us see that something needs to be addressed so we can find peace. This transformative flow will center your mind and body to channel worry into fuel for healing to embody more courage and confidence.
July 21 - Anxiety Dancer: Chakra Fusion - This magical tribal yoga dance explores movement in the seven energy centers of the spine to create liberation, empowerment, and joy. Shake off anxiety, move through the waves of sorrow to inspire and energize you to embrace self-expression and celebrate life and love.
July 28 - Grief Yoga: Transform Fear into Love - In times of fear and grief, it’s possible to keep moving. Grief is an expression of our love that deserves dedicated time. This compassionate transformative flow acknowledges your loss and fear while giving you space to feel, breathe, move and remember with more love.
August 4 - Anxiety Dancer: Flowing Balance - Even in times of loss and anxiety, it’s possible to find balance to keep moving forward. This compassionate, guided movement ritual is an expressive flow that guides you to find freedom and transform anxiety and grief into more resilience, play, and meaning.
