- Moving heart meditations to allow grief and love to flow
- Laughter techniques to shift pain into play
- Movement, breath, and sound to lift your spirit
- Thoughtful reflections and intentions to guide you forward
If you can't join us live, you'll receive a workshop recording to experience when you're ready.
This workshop can be done from a chair, yoga mat, or standing position. This practice isn’t about physical flexibility but emotional liberation.
