A 4-Week Grief Yoga Experience
This past year has brought so many unforeseeable challenges, struggles, and loss, it’s normal to feel heavy. Whether that heaviness is the extra weight we’ve put on in this pandemic or the weight of anxiety, fear, anger, and frustrations from what was and what is. Or the heaviness of the losses that are stirring inside your heart without the ability to connect with others through rituals or ceremonies.
One thing is for certain: Change is inevitable. When feeling overwhelmed by loss and struggle, it’s possible to move forward into Spring with more resilience, love, and empowerment.
Spring is coming. Nature is showing us that even in the darkest of nights (or years), there’s space for more light. New flowers are getting ready to bloom. It’s time to transform our mind, body, and spirit.
Transformation is a new 4 week Grief Yoga series that will ground and center you, tap into your resilience and power, and open your heart and voice. It’s a compassionate transformation of mind, body, and spirit. Let’s move into Spring with a lighter state of being.

This 4-week experiential ritual embodies transformation. A compassionate space to move with grief and loss to allow your love and empowerment the space to flow.
We'll get together via Zoom on Wednesdays from March 24 - April 14, 2021, at 1 PM Pacific Time/ 4 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada). Classes last an hour.
March 24 - Transform Anxiety into Peace
Anxiety can be our teacher and show us that something needs to be addressed so we can find peace. This transformative flow will calm your mind, balance your nervous system, to feel more centered and connected.
March 31 - Transform Trauma into Resilience
Trauma can be anything that overwhelms our capacity to cope and respond. When feeling helpless and out of control, it’s important to tap into resources that we can turn to feel safe, to self-regulate our mind and body, and embody our resilience.
April 7 - Transform Sadness into Love
Sadness exists when we’re feeling disconnected from someone or something we love. Grief is an expression of our love that deserves dedicated time. This compassionate transformative flow acknowledges all you have been through and gives space to feel, breathe, move and remember the love.
April 14 - Transform Doubt into Empowerment
In moments of fear and uncertainty, it’s possible to keep moving forward. To not give up. To follow your dreams. This transformative flow guides you to channel doubt and fear in empowering ways to move forward with more self-confidence. You matter.
