We'll get together via Zoom on Wednesdays from October 27th – November 17th, 2021, at 2 PM Pacific Time / 5 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada). Classes last an hour.
October 27 – Grief Yoga: Love Warrior
This compassionate flow creates safe ways to embody the warrior within. A blend of yoga, movement, breath, and sound to tap into our inner fire to help channel and release pain and struggle.
November 3 – Restorative Yoga with Soul Breathwork
This nurturing class creates restoration with gentle stretching to befriend the body, calm anxiety, and quiet the mind. We’ll also explore a three-part breathing pattern to shed a layer of suppressed emotion and pain within to help lift your spirit.
November 10 – Grief Dancer: Chakra Fusion
This liberating experience blends yoga dance, movement, and chakra fusion. A magical tribal ritual exploring movement in the seven energy centers of the spine to shake off anxiety and fear, move through waves of sorrow, and allow the heart to open to celebrate life and love.
November 17 – Grief Yoga: Evolving Self
We can honor grief and take a step forward to grow and change despite our loss. This sacred class embraces yoga, movement, and breath to liberate your body and voice to transform your sorrow through heart song. Allow your authentic self to flow and evolve toward more meaning and purpose.
